CANCELLATION POLICY
We are a small business, therefore cancellations really impact us.at’s the reason why we kindly ask our guests to be sure before
booking and to not treat us like a hotel or an airline. That’s also the reason Why with Ft Lauderdale Boat Rental, you will never be treated like a number.
Because every client matters.
Ft Lauderdale Boat Rental’ Cancellation Policy
Easy Cancellation policy:
Free cancellations until 7 days before the booking start date.
50% refund for cancellations between 3-7 days before the booking start date.
Cancellations within 3 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
If the cancellation has been made for good reasons (e.g. medical condition or plane canceled), Ft Lauderdale Boat Rental will ask for proof and issue and hold an in-house credit for use towards a future rental, given that we are able to rebook the boat with another customer.
You can make changes to your booking by emailing our customer service team: contact@ftlauderdaleboatrental.com. It’s important to note that we won’t always be able to accommodate a rescheduling. You might be charged for certain changes, depending on the notice you give us and the reasons for canceling.
