• Charter Reservation Details: Selected vessel (e.g., Fun Boat, Giant Boat, Axopar 38, Prestige 52), excursion route (e.g., Haulover Sandbar, Bimini, Sunset Cruises), charter date and duration, passenger count, selected add-ons, and confirmation codes.
• Digital Liability Waiver & Check-In Data: Passenger names, emergency contacts, electronic signatures, and safety acknowledgments collected via our digital check-in system prior to departure.
• Financial & Payment Data: Payment card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes are processed directly and securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.
• Technical, Analytics & Session Data: IP address, device type, browser information, pages viewed, booking-funnel interactions, traffic-source information, and functional storage used to maintain your booking progress and understand website performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Charter Fulfillment: Confirming reservations, provisioning vessels, coordinating licensed captains, and verifying boarding passes.
• Payment Processing: Charging charter fees, processing authorized security holds, applying deposits, and issuing refunds through Stripe.
• Transactional Communications: Sending automated SMS and email notifications with booking confirmations, reservation lookups, marina directions, and weather alerts.
• Safety & Legal Compliance: Complying with USCG bareboat passenger manifest regulations, maritime laws, and enforcing digital liability waivers.

4. SMS Privacy & Anti-Spam Policy

SMS messaging is strictly limited to transactional and operational updates directly related to your boat charter. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message received. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

We partner with trusted, industry-leading service providers who process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality obligations:

• Google Analytics: Website traffic, booking-funnel, and conversion measurement. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment-card data, or free-text form responses to Google Analytics.

6. Analytics & Cookie Choices

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode to understand aggregate website traffic, how visitors move through the reservation process, booking errors, and completed transactions. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are disabled. When analytics storage is denied or no choice has been made, Google Analytics does not write analytics cookies and may receive limited cookieless measurements. When you accept analytics, analytics storage is enabled for fuller session and funnel measurement.

You may accept or decline analytics through the preference notice and change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Necessary storage used for booking progress, payment security, and fraud prevention is not disabled by the analytics preference.
